Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead project cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering processes. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the sales and execution teams to ensure profitable project delivery.

Immediate Joining Expected

Experience 3- 4 Years in Estimation

Salary - 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /- LPA

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscaping, garden maintenance, and civil-related projects
  • Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accurate quantity take-offs
  • Develop estimation for civil finishing works
  • Prepare and review structural estimation based on design inputs
  • Conduct site visits to assess project scope and requirements.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate rates
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and execution teams
  • RFQ for Project Materials from Vendors
  • Prepare Cost Estimates for Specific Project
  • Support operations in Project Cost Control
  • Maintain accurate records of all estimates, revisions, and project costs.

Must Have

  • B.Tech - Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Good Mathematical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis
  • Strong knowledge of civil finishing and structural works
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience in tendering and contract documentation
  • Have own Laptop
  • Preference - Candidate stay at pune. 
  • Ready to do Site Visits within Pune Only
