Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. 

The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all estimating activities. 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness. 
  • RFQ for Project Materials from Vendors
  • Prepare Cost Estimates for Specific Project
  • Obtain and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments when necessary to gather data for accurate estimations.
  • Support operations in Project Cost Control
  • Maintain accurate records of all estimates, revisions, and project costs.
  • Provide support in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting project bids and proposals

Must Have

  • B.Tech - Civil, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Proven experience as an Estimator 
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Have own Laptop
  • Preference - Candidate stay at pune. 
  • Ready to do Site Visits within Pune Only

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
