 Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or a related field, along with significant experience in construction and interior design. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Salary: 30,000/ Month

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors and laborers on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, material usage, and labor hours.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and resources.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Must Have

  • Education: Civil engineering background or Diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and 3-4 years of experience in interior design.
  • Proven experience in site supervision and team coordination.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
  • Candidate must have own vehicle and laptop.
  • Proficient in technical skills relevant to construction and interior design.
  • Willing to do Outdoor Duties.
